Elastos Auditor Visionz Capital Vanished from internet fearing legal prosecution

Visionz Capital has suddenly erased all their online presence from twitter , linkedin and medium  .Visitors to Visionz.capital website is greeted with a quote from Marianne Williamson

Visionz Capital was called to testify before the court to defend their written opinion on elastos as their sole auditor during the time relevant to the lawsuit. The first hearing of the lawsuit is scheduled to be held on June 18th 2019. Visionz Capital being the appointed auditor of the Elastos Foundation risk being guilty of ( i) issuing an unqualified audit opinion were qualification is justified,(ii) failing to emphasize significant matter in the audit report and (iii) providing an opinion on financial statement where they are not qualified to express their opinion.

Visionz Capital was never an an audit firm , their partners are not certified practicing Auditors in singapore ,they were not qualified to conduct the financial audit of any firm in the first place. Instead visions Capital was a cryptocurrency venture capital firm yet they donned the role of "elastos auditors" and aided and abetted in carrying out the scam perpetrated on US investors.

When Elastos Foundation cancelled the token lock up program citing the "Western Compliance" , Visionz Capital published a report to the public explaining why it's necessary and good for the development of the project.

Since then Visionz capital had broke ties with Elastos team due to some unknown reasons. In my recent Q&A with Visionz Capital, they gave Elastos "10 Months to live' . In the experience of working closely with founders of elastos ,Visionz Capital was of the opinion that elastos is being steered in the wrong direction and is doomed to fail. Visionz ,obviously wouldn't want to get dragged into the lawsuit due to their association with elastos so the best option for them is to terminate the company.
