Elastos hired Visionz Capital as their independent external auditors in 2018 . Visionz Capital did a thorough review of Elastos and produced an 86 page report , which is highly appreciative of elastos team, it's economic model , innovation and governance. Visionz capital further opined Elastos has the potential to become next tech giant like Microsoft or Apple.
It has been an year since the publication of Visionz Capital audit report and Elastos had undergone significant changes in management , roadmap and tokenomics ,which warrants a reevaluation of its future commercial viability to be successful .Given the current evolution of events and controversies surrounding elastos, i called up on Visionz Capital to give their modified opinion for investors of Elastos
Q : What do you think about the lawsuit Mark Owen v. Elastos Foundation et al ?
VC : The lawsuit is likely an opportunistic attempt at ransom by some guys who lose money buying ELA.
Q : What's the importance of Manhattan Project introduced by Feng Han ?
VC :The Manhattan project is a pet project by Feng Han and it has nothing to do with elastos, the moment he bring MP anywhere Elastos itself and $$ is involved, it will become a fraud attempt.
Q : Was Elastos foundation lying about Feng Hans donation to MIT ?
VC : If you donate to any charity organisation, that does not make you automatically related or affiliated to the organisation. Therefore, Feng Han or Manhattan Project or Elastos has NOTHING to do with MIT.
Q : Elastos has partnered with Huawei and World Bank in Manhattan Project does that make you bullish?
VC : There is no partnership with world bank, period. Conducting a POC is nothing but just doing an experience to see IF IT WORKS. Even if it works doesn't mean anything.There is no partnership between Elastos and Huawei or UNESCO, period.
Q :What's your general outlook on Elastos from your experience ?
VC :Stay away from Elastos.Elastos is neither a scam or a gem. It is another failed project. it's destiny is sealed 6 months ago.Elastos only has 10 months to live. That i am certain. You will see. Not advice, just my researched-opinion.

While we almost never say anything bad about any project, we don't list projects that spread rumors or trash talk about us. A basic level of respect and humility is expected. We find arrogant projects usually don't do well in the long run anyway.
