ELASTOS FOUNDERS RONG CHEN & FENG HAN ON THE RUN FROM LAW, FLED U.S AFTER CHARGED WITH FRAUD !
As of May 2019 Elastos has officially gone dark. They have shut down their office in San francisco ,U.S and moved out of registered office in Singapore . All addresses leads to dead end. Another Investor James Walding joined Mark Owens as plaintiff. The plaintiffs are seeking Ex-parte petition from New york Supreme Court,due to difficulty in locating Rong Chen and Feng Han to serve them the subpoena .
Elastos days are numbered , gig is over once the court proceedings begin .
Here's what we know so far between fugitive duo Rong Chen & Feng Han and US Law firm Raiti LLC
1. Rong & Feng remains completely untraceable possibly fled U.S to avoid facing the law
2. No one knows their personal or official address or any contact information ,this duo raised nearly $100 million in BTC from investors globally
3. Elastos has no office anywhere in US ,There is no "western team" as they call it.
4. Elastos has no office in Singapore either
"As for service of the summons with notice on Elastos in Singapore, on May 10, 2019, LLS informed me that the process server visited Elastos’ registered office and was informed that Elastos was the former tenant and had recently moved out of the office"
5. Elastos lied that Feng han donated $5 Million USD to MIT
On January 24, 2019 I personally communicated via email with MIT’s Assistant General Counsel, Jaren D. Wilcoxson, about whether Defendant Han had any affiliation with MIT to further assess the claims at issue and determine whether Defendant Han might be subject to service at MIT. Mr. Wilcoxson stated that Defendant Han had no affiliation with MIT.
6. Law firm sought the service of "Spartan Detective Agency" to locate the founders of elastos . Even the professional detectives cant find elastos founders .
Given the difficulties that I had locating addresses for the Defendants in the U.S. and/or overseas, on April 26, 2019, I, together with my co-counsel, hired Spartan Detective Agency (“Spartan”) to perform U.S. based “skip-trace” searches on the Individual Defendants and a “corporate search” on Elastos in an attempt to retrieve addresses to serve the summons with notice
on April 29, 2019, Spartan determined that they were unable to locate a current or last-known address for Elastos, or a registered and/or managing agent for Elastos in the U.S
