Para.7
Given Defendants’ apparent locations overseas, I conducted additional internet research using similar means to determine where Defendants might be subject to service in the U.S. Specifically, on or around November 15, 2018, I found reports on the internet indicating that Defendant Han made substantial donations to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (“MIT”). See Ex. C. On January 24, 2019 I personally communicated via email with MIT’s Assistant General Counsel, Jaren D. Wilcoxson, about whether Defendant Han had any affiliation with MIT to further assess the claims at issue and determine whether Defendant Han might be subject to service at MIT. Mr. Wilcoxson stated that Defendant Han had no affiliation with MIT.

Para.14
On April 2, 2019, I again spoke with MIT Associate General Counsel Jaren Wilcoxson regarding MIT’s relationship with Defendant Han. Mr. Wilcoxson reiterated that MIT did not have a relationship with Defendant Han.
